Flooring Experience

I am assuming that you are truly aware of what is going on with the unit. The handling of this situation has been slime to known. The reason for this since this whole process started back at the end of August. I put a work order in for the dishwasher to be fixed. The Mountain Gate maintenance staff did a wonderful job on completing this work order.
There was an email later sent out asking about my true representation of the property and unit. I did feel this out and was truly honest with it. The only outcome that seems to have happened is taking our discount away, which is fine. That is not the bigger issue.
I have met with the Jessica who I thought would have resolved the issues; however just made it worse. She did inform me that she did

What made it even worse is that company has no regulations on installing that wood planking flooring. We were told that this wood planking was new. It was interesting to see Rachel’s expression about the unit since this was the first time she probably step foot in that unit. Rachel was unaware that all of the bathrooms and kitchen have different type of flooring. I say has since this issue is not fixed. Rachel supposedly walked the unit, but failed to see the mismatching flooring in the unit. I am assuming she did not walk the unit since anyone could see that the vinyl and planking were not matching. This unit was supposedly an upgraded unit. The condition of this unit exhibits a non-upgraded unit, which should be reflected on the monthly …show more content…
This whole process should have not taken this long to completed. I am sorry; this is still in the process of being complete. Yes, this whole process is still not complete. We had to make another appointment for them to look at the kitchen since Jessica and Rachel failed to make the proper appointment. This whole process should have been done sooner.
I understand that Chris put his two weeks’ notice in, which probably means that you guys will not complete this process, but, maybe give us a 30 day notice to vacate the unit. Hopefully, you will at least give us the option to sign a lease, since we are still working adults, or give us enough time to find another place.
I asked the president of my company for guidance since I was lost about all of this. This is when I told Jessica to not talk to me about this matter anymore. Jessica failed to address the main concerns but was excellent at diminishing our discount. My company’s president was truly amazed that your team was more concern with the discount instead of completing the work order from the

Well, maybe the library, but nobody testified to that at trial.” (Koenig ep. 1). Sarah Koenig herself was skeptical about Gutierrez not using this piece of evidence “Why, oh, why was this person never heard from at trial-- a solid, non-crazy, detail-oriented alibi witness in a case that so sorely needed alibi witnesses?”(Koenig ep. 1). Sarah explains her opinion of Gutierrez in Serial, stating she screwed-up, there was no strategy in not using Asia’s alibi whatsoever.…

The issue was not regarded as an emergency and therefore was not treated as one otherwise it would have been addressed within 24 hrs. I asked a contractor to attend to the issue ASAP but clearly this was not what happened; admittedly it was not picked up as quickly as we both would expect so I apologise for that but the stair were not in a dangerous condition in my professional opinion and therefore an emergency attendance was not necessary. EMCOR are on site weekly replacing bulbs and checking the site as well as ensuring that their subcontractor, KONE, carry out their contracted maintenance on the lift. Admittedly previously (6-12 months ago) bulbs did sometime take a little longer to replace then they should have due to lighting supplies not being to hand but it must also be understood that I need to maintain a budget within reason; I cannot ‘just get things fixed’ at the drop of a hat to appease tenants . If one bulb is out in a hallway of 8 bulbs then that bulb will not be replaced at the drop of a hat because the budget will not support the cost of replacing every bulb as soon as they go out.…

She didn’t come to inform me of anything. She was apathetic towards me and a little before she left, she notified the case worker advocate that she did not see a point in speaking to me because I’m not important. It made me feel inferior but I could not show it. Instead, I informed my supervisor and told me that there will be plenty of clients with an…

One of the weaknesses I immediately noticed was that there is no formal training process or structure in place. Although this is usually acceptable in a small business, it does cause some problems. The job itself has no set responsibilities and nothing is written down to ensure that each bather is trained the same way or performs the exact same jobs. Another problem I came across was that I was not trained intensively (Fisk, et. al., 2014).…

If my client missed a day of working out, I reminded him of everything he accomplished so far and how proud I was for that. One of my biggest strengths is positivity. I like to think I give people motivation to receive the feeling of triumph. The one thing I never did was make my client think I was disappointed or mad that he didn’t finish his daily goal.…

The employees felt they were expendable and had nothing to lose while the manager was losing control of his staff and had lost his primary motivator, the monthly bonus. Both parties had not personal relationships, by the time of the lie detector notice the management had become the enemy of the rest of the staff. It was no surprise that the staff made a last ditch effort to get as much out of their last days as they could. The lie detector policy backfired because it had the exact opposite effect on the staff as was intended. The manager and his supervisors should have taken into account that loss percentages when down when the manager was no longer monitoring the staff personally.…
