I am assuming that you are truly aware of what is going on with the unit. The handling of this situation has been slime to known. The reason for this since this whole process started back at the end of August. I put a work order in for the dishwasher to be fixed. The Mountain Gate maintenance staff did a wonderful job on completing this work order.
There was an email later sent out asking about my true representation of the property and unit. I did feel this out and was truly honest with it. The only outcome that seems to have happened is taking our discount away, which is fine. That is not the bigger issue.
I have met with the Jessica who I thought would have resolved the issues; however just made it worse. She did inform me that she did not want this process to take a long time and wants a quick fix; however, we are still waiting to have our vinyl looked at in the kitchen. The meeting between Jessica and Rachel took place on Sept 28, 2016 at 3:30pm. This meeting covered a lot of concerns about the unit and outside in the parking lot.
It was rather amusing that the Arbor representation came in and saw the wood plank flooring and questions his team about why it was laid out like that. There are two different color planking in the kitchen. When I meet with Jessica, I thought a regional manager would question why a manager would okay two different planking colors.
