I am assuming that you are truly aware of what is going on with the unit. The handling of this situation has been slime to known. The reason for this since this whole process started back at the end of August. I put a work order in for the dishwasher to be fixed. The Mountain Gate maintenance staff did a wonderful job on completing this work order.
There was an email later sent out asking about my true representation of the property and unit. I did feel this out and was truly honest with it. The only outcome that seems to have happened is taking our discount away, which is fine. That is not the bigger issue.

What made it even worse is that company has no regulations on installing that wood planking flooring. We were told that this wood planking was new. It was interesting to see Rachel’s expression about the unit since this was the first time she probably step foot in that unit. Rachel was unaware that all of the bathrooms and kitchen have different type of flooring. I say has since this issue is not fixed. Rachel supposedly walked the unit, but failed to see the mismatching flooring in the unit. I am assuming she did not walk the unit since anyone could see that the vinyl and planking were not matching. This unit was supposedly an upgraded unit. This whole process should have not taken this long to completed. I am sorry; this is still in the process of being complete. Yes, this whole process is still not complete. We had to make another appointment for them to look at the kitchen since Jessica and Rachel failed to make the proper appointment. This whole process should have been done sooner.
I understand that Chris put his two weeks’ notice in, which probably means that you guys will not complete this process, but, maybe give us a 30 day notice to vacate the unit. Hopefully, you will at least give us the option to sign a lease, since we are still working adults, or give us enough time to find another place.
I asked the president of my company for guidance since I was lost about all of this. This is when I told Jessica to not talk to me about this matter anymore. Jessica failed to address the main concerns but was excellent at diminishing our discount.
