Case Study Tanwanda's Suicide

Tanwanda has a difficult time listening to callers and speaks much too fast for clear understanding . She needs to remain patient and professional at all times. She takes the NAPE and does well overall except for the name. Her approach is robotic and she will interrupt or sometimes come across rude to achieve the basics for the call. She does access the needs of the caller quickly and does well with managing her calls. She has a kind heart and when someone requests prayer is as if she becomes a transformed person. She seems to enjoy praying with others, however she wasn't able to follow a scripted prayer and therefore does not take JPM prayer. Her potential to excell is all there, she just needs guidance by becoming more personable from the
