‘Star Shuttle Express Sendirian Berhad was founded during the year of 2004 in the month of June 30th but only came into operation within the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) to Kuala Lumpur in the year of 2007 January. Bus operations to Ipoh are available in the year of 2008 and Setiawan since November 2009 with 22 units’ 30 seater Super Very Important person (SVIP) [refer to appendix 1] and also 45 seater coach [refer to appendix 2].

For example drivers with reckless driving attitudes are to be putting the customers’ life in danger where this will caused customers will stop taking the company’s shuttle buses and choose another bus company and also not recommend Star Shuttle Express Sendirian Berhad to others. Furthermore, tons of complaints that are received by the company will surely affect the company’s reputation which this takes times and efforts to build it up. Yao et al. Edwards and Cable (2009, p. 655) acknowledge that individuals will draw from their values to guide own decisions and actions where value congruence refers to the similarity between values held by the organizational and individuals. Each of the employees is needed to follow the steps in the Standard operation procedure where for example the bus drivers of Star Shuttle Express Sendirian Berhad are needed to dress in proper and also clean attire. Furthermore, the drivers are required to follow the speed limit that is set by the company. Cognitive dissonance theory where there is an inconsistency, they try to rationalize them to reduce psychological discomfort. There is at least one cognitive element dissonant with behavioral elements, therefore individuals are motivated to reduce the dissonance and avoid situations that increase it (Metin & Camgoz, 2011, p. 131).This gives a good impression to customers and also it is a sign that the company is doing a good job in managing employees.
