The case study focuses on Shady Grove Preschool assists a diversified multicultural suburban neighborhood, and the ages of the children ranging from infants, toddlers, and preschool. It assists people from lower to upper middle class families, and I will attempt to solve Mrs. Winger’s and Mrs. Ramirez’s problems. Mrs. Winger, a White woman, feels that the preschool should be learning computer skills, and the school is not challenging the children enough in the days of digital technology; nevertheless, she does not need the children to become pressured. I would tend to agree with Piaget, and I would explain to Mrs. Winger that information that is way over the child’s understanding could cause detrimental problems. Teaching children something they cannot grasp could cause insecurities, unneeded anxieties, and stress for the child. There are computer tasks that are directed towards the child’s age like Leapfrog, and they are extremely useful and entertaining for children. Mrs. Anthony could separate them by ages and stages; furthermore, the 5year old children could be stimulated with the alphabet and examples of the letter on the computer. If Mrs. Anthony’s budget allowed it, the older children could have educational programs on the computer.
