Sergio Marchionne has done such a great job at bringing Chrysler back from bankruptcy to a profitable company in today’s market. Continuing innovation in the market, will allow Chrysler to stay on top of the latest automotive trends as well as establish a few of their own. However, a company is only as good as the employees are that work for them. Chrysler is spending so much time being innovative and focusing their attention on the consumer, that they seem to be forgetting about the employee. Marchionne should consider ways that he can keep the customer satisfaction level balanced with that of the employee. Employee satisfaction is vital to the overall productivity of the company.
