From my point of view this behavior model is similar to condition of a real positive citizen in the society who helps his /her community to perform better. This aspect of work behavior can occurs in all forms. High performer employees and low performer can both be susceptible to leave the firm. The high performers can be easily distracted, especially when they are new as they are demanded in the job market due their high skills and abilities and it is probable that they are negotiating with several other companies and considering their best options while working for our firm.
