ALLEGATIONS:
R/s Jessica (mom) is neglecting the children Malachi (14) and Jessalyn (7). R/s the trailer is filthy, it’s infested with cockroaches mice. R/s there is no air conditioning and the trailer is running on a 1950 fuel box. R/s Barry (mother’s paramour) is doing drugs (marijuana) in the presence of the children and they allow other people to do drugs in their home in front of the children as well. R/s Jessica has a diagnosis of bipolar, manic depressive, and anxiety. R/s Jessica sells her medication to buy cigarettes because she is addicted to cigarettes. R/s there is not enough food in the home because the children are always hungry. R/s the children don’t have a stable diet. R/s Barry uses Malachi’s urine so he can pass drug tests
