As such, to begin this process, I need your support in gathering information from the different departments of the Roanoke branch. First, Charmaine please contact the Roanoke branch manager and inquire about any new accounts Roanoke has taken on in the past three months and how the branch allocated the work. Also, please contact the clients that filed complaints and request a detailed description of the service provided to them that led to the complaints. Next, Jeff and Susan please contact the staff of the advertising and marketing departments and request an assessment from each employee as to their views on the current working environment within the branch, including project reworks and rejection procedures along with actual examples, if available. Finally, I will contact the Human Resources department in Roanoke and inquire as to the reasons filed by the two individuals that resigned and the overtime and compensation procedure in effect at the Roanoke branch.
Please provide a report of your findings to me by the close of business of August 8, 2017, at which time I will review of all the gathered information.
