However, there are issues in using case study as an assessment. Case study requires longer time to be implemented and generally require extensive reading (Chan, 2009; Jackson, 1998). Furthermore, Welty (1989) suggests that case study is not always the most suitable one for students who are not familiar with the discussion method. Last but not least, contradict opinion and perception between first and second market contribute to the issues in assessing case study presentation. Different opinion and perception regarding case study may affect the allocation marks to the student. In order to overcome these issues, author has come out with suggestion which is appointing a time keeper, peer assessment, and discussion between first and second marker before presentation may help solve these
