• What type of work do I want to do?
I want to be a CEO in NGO like Unicef ,then I want to establish my own company that it will help as much as people. To address issues that impacts people's life and be an advocate for civil rights and human equality.
• What leisure activities do I like?
I want to live within walking distance of my home . I like to walk from my home to the city centre to get my essential. Walking paved paths and sidewalks.
I also like driving to the work while I listening to business news.
• Where do I want to live?
I want to have a house somewhere green, with plenty of trees. At the same time I want to work in a large and crowded city. London or Rome will be a good area for this .

Bachelor degree in busniess adminstration, MA , PHD, advanced level in English and strong motivation.
My purpose to do that gives me strong motivation Because after I will be a busniess woman I will take part of rebuilding of my country and city and establish a UOPEOPLE Centre In Aleppo that provide a free Internet and access and encourage other students to follow their dreams.
In my city there is no ideas like this one, so I think this will be very helpful and different business.
The war destroyed every thing in my city. I will do my best to rebuild it.

Any type of companies need a good CEO regularly. Of course I will start with a small one after period of time I will move to famous one.

• What is my deadline for the first event?
I need to finish my degree at University of the people.
That will need four years .
• Is the deadline flexible? Can I manage the pacing of the achievement of each event?
I can take three subjects per term ,in this way could help me reduce the period to three years to graduate from Uopeople.
• How will timing affect achievement of my personal growth and development strategy?
With a degree, I'll appear more qualified and be more likely to succeed in getting a good job. Additionally, while earning my degree, I'll gain more experience and more knowledge, making me actually more qualified, so I can keep a job that I get.
Lastly, I need to find and acquire a job that not only pays well and doesn't compromise my ethics, but that I also will enjoy.
