On Sunday, April 10th, 2016 at approximately 0330 hrs while driving a Midland Police vehicle and wearing a standard issued MPD uniform Officer Jimenez was dispatched to the 3300 block of Neely Ave in reference to a check vehicle. MPD Dispatch informed the Officers dispatched to the scene that there was a male driver passed out at the intersection of Midkiff and Neely. Upon arrival, Officers were able to observe a Green Nissan Titan (TXLP-DFM7235) parked at the intersection.
