The patient denies cancer diagnosis, he informed that at 2013, the physician prescribed Nolvadex due the PSA 4ng/ml, after Noldavex use on 2015, he experienced PSA 0,4ng/ML.
Due the adverse events, the patient discontinued the treatment on 2015 by himself. On Aug-2017, he returns the treatment and this moment he experiencing erectile dysfunction and diarrhea. He does not know the current value of PSA.
