Case Study On Hrdg-Second Transfer

HRDG-RUSH became aware of a CO II transfer that occurred on 10-07-2017. Krystal Hutchinson notified me on 10-06-2017, when the CO II report was received from Florence showing they had a CO II transfer out from Florence to Community Corrections(CC). This aforementioned transfer was not on the CO II transfer report. Therefore, the Division Director’s Office, Offender Operations had no knowledge of this transfer. Theresa Hale was not in the office to verify any information about this transfer and was on leave until October 16.

As a result, Krystal was directed to communicate with the complex and find out what information they had about the transfer. Florence Complex received an email from Community Corrections, Theresa Hale, on September 21,
