CONCEPT OF BUDGET BOUTIQUE HOTEL
Budget boutique hotel is a new trend in hospitality and tourism industry, due to changing customer needs and expectations. A new trend called “no frills chic” means that company or industry only offers the basic without anything else. However, in order to manage their sustainability, they have to create offers that attract customer and potential customer, also differ themselves from others. The hospitality industry develops a budget boutique hotel to meet the new trend in the market.
Budget boutique hotel is the hotel that offers the same services and uniqueness with boutique hotel and also personalization to every customer, but with low prices. The figure would not as cheap as a hostel, bed and breakfast, or budget hotel itself. It will cost customer higher than those accommodations but in affordable price. The price could be lower because they can reduce the development costs, due to the smaller room's number. Moreover, because the amount of the room is not that much, the construction time will be less than usual.

However, now days, guests are looking a step further, requesting for experiences that are unique and which include high services, luxurious and at the same time thematic design with the only difference to be spotted in the price, which they wanted to stay intact. These new expectations have boosted the different types of hotels to be more and more competitive with each other, and as a result to offer a wider variety to the tourism sector.
