This worker met Fredrick at his home. The interview was recorded and privacy practices were reviewed verbally.

Fredrick appeared calm and engaged during the interview. Fredrick was playing with his toys in the living the room. Fredrick reported that he is 4 year old and that he has older siblings who are all living in the same home. He reported that he lives with his mother. Fredrick reported that he will be going to school once he turns 5 years old. Fredrick stated his mom ensures that their basic needs are met and he denied having any worries or concerns. He reported noted no concerns.
