Final Case Study:

I have chosen my case study as Diversity issues, the world is full of diverse, rich and full of interesting people and their cultures, here they should be treated with respect and have large scope to learn about different things.
An ethical response to diversity begins with working in a different environment with people following different religions, cultures and able to enjoy the workplace that values their contributions.
This makes a huge impact in the success of the business.
A common misconception is that the phrase “workplace diversity”, which means meeting certain quotas in gender categories or employee race.

Primary language, religion, social status, national origin and age can be advantage or

disadvantage to the organization.

Effectively managing diversity is the key issue to maximize the advantages and

minimizing the disadvantages in the workplace.

Some of the key elements:

1) Experiencing the diversity
2) Growth of learning
3) Overcoming communication issues
4) Social integration issues

Analyze different courses of action, are they based on a consequential or non-consequential approach? Are these courses of action ethical?

Basic assumption of all employees living according to the guidelines and conduct

themselves in the workplace.

No matter it is a small company or big company the major ethical issue is the

behavior of the employee. There are legal consequences for unethical behavior of

the employee, for instance if a manager is not considering a person for promotion

based upon gender or religion then legal action can be takes considering the

situation.

Working condition will add up to the behavior of the employee, there are number of

issues business people should consider about working condition of the employees.

Just like we talked about the legal consequences regarding the employee behavior,

there are also legal consequences for unethical working conditions.

Business owners should also consider the ethical issues that involve their suppliers

and clients. When dealing with client business people should ensure they use the

information correctly regarding their product that they are endorsing.

Dedication is something how hard an employee works, how much effort they put

forth, can go a long way. Signing with business employee agrees to their best to the
