The reporting party (RP) stated DeMarcus Allen-Batiste filed a grievance against the social rehab facility. According to the RP DeMarcus feel disrespected, threatened, intimidated, and harassed by both staff members and residents. The resident reported that daily he is verbally and physically assaulted by staff the RP did not have specific regarding the verbal and physical assaults. The RP did disclose that the resident stated that staff members yell at him often. The RP stated the resident suffers from mental illness and PTSD and the constant yelling and harassing ads to his health issues. The resident stated he talked to staff members about leaving the facility in the response was "we get paid regardless if you are here or not." The resident
