R/s the bus driver reported that on yesterday, the uncle was intoxicated when he was getting Brianna off the bus. R/s the bus driver reported he observed the uncle intoxicated on two separate occasions. R/s about a month and a half ago, Mary reported that a refrigerator fell on her and she was in a bad way. R/s Brianna stated that she is not receiving her medication and Mary is still working on trying to get it from the doctor. R/s two days ago, Brianna stated that the last meal she ate was at school because there was no food in the home. R/s Brianna stated that she didn’t know how her leg got bruised.

ALLEGATION
