Case Study On Bernie's Campaign

Decent Essays
Although I agree that the message that Bernie is (attempting) is starting to take effect. Hence the reason why he is able to continue this long. I also think that in this case its better to disbanded Bernie's campaign asap. The pain will be instant and heavy for some fans but better than facing a slow agonizing death. I suspect that Bernie knows that with this campaign he can stretch out his political career in the national spotlight and hopes to enjoy it for a few more days. Unfortunally, soon he will disappear in the murky shadows of politics. All what is than left for him to do is look back on what could have been. wink

Most people believe that the outcome of elections in Texas is decided by the voters, but in our current single-member district system of electing representatives, frequently that is not the case. Often times who will win in an election is decided long before election day, usually by those who draw the district lines. For example, if the districts in texas are drawn to be 65 percent republican then the outcome will most likely result in republicans that have the majority of seats in the legislature. In a single member district system, only one member can be elected to congress for each district, that is why drawing the district lines is by far one of the most important aspects for a party to win seats. The parties assure their representatives…

No one likes to be berated and lectured, or to be wrong or disrespected. When Bernie Sanders was preparing the speech he would eventually be giving to Liberty University, he had to have a clear understanding of the opinions and attitudes of his immediate audience, and knew that if he came across as doing any of these things, he would lose what small chance he had at gaining any support from them. It was because of this knowledge that Bernie Sanders decided that the best way to approach giving this speech would not be with a harsh argument intended to persuade his audience into seeing big social issues his way, he knew that they were beyond that in their Christian beliefs and their understanding of morals, and so he went with a different approach.…

The Bush v. Gore election and court case in 2000 was certainly a very pivotal time and decision in American history. It appeared that Bush had won the state of Florida, giving him the 271 electoral votes needed to win the Presidency. However, due to an extremely small margin of victory in Florida that favored Bush, Gore decided to challenge the count and fight for a re-vote, which is where the real trouble began. I believe that this case at times was both a political as well as legal and constitutional question. This case was a legal and Constitutional question due to the fact that the state of Florida was counting votes in an un-Constitutional way according to our United States Supreme Court.…
