This supplement is a record of my actions in this investigation.
On May 20, 2016, I was assigned this case to follow up. This investigation involves Zanita Nicole Colvin a 14 year old former Fairfax County resident. Zanita left home for a period of time On May 23, 2016, I spoke to William Desmond Colvin (father) by phone. I asked Mr. Colvin if he would authorize me to meet with his daughter to interview her about staying out late. Mr. Colvin told me that this was the first time and did not authorize me to speak to his daughter.
I checked police databases and found multiple entries in Fairfax County for Zanita Nicole Colvin. Zanita had multiple runaway incidents dating back to 2015, one assault by mob and a simple assault case.
