On January 26, 2017 the undersigned Tisch Hernandez and Intern Mary Perez arrived at the family’s home. Upon arrival the home was clean and well maintained. The children were in good health and did not have any visible marks or bruises. The undersigned and Intern discussed the expectations for the upcoming closing FTM that will be scheduled for February 2, 2017 at 9am. The mother reported that in regards to Angelina she did not meet the requirement s to receive services from Tri Counties. The mother informed the undersigned that Kids and Families Together will be meeting with the minors Adrian and Angelina. The undersigned asked the mother Amanda to contact her CalWorks worker and obtain a list of all the possible resources they have to officer,
