Tim LaFrey talked about the Ambulatory Network Strategy (Attachment VI.B) of expanding the ambulatory network and building a more robust primary care network that will be more accessible to the consumer. Mr. LaFrey reported that network will consist of eighteen sites that will be geographically distributed to meet the market needs and withstand the competitive market.
