CCIB Intake received a call from Administrators La Donna Robinson (909) 213-7126 and Miguel Rodriguez (951) 823-4853 who called to report an incident which occurred on 2/14/17 at approximately 5PM. According to the callers a female staff member named Chisom Nnorom told a male minor resident named Leo Morales DOB: 7/3/00 to "go suck a dick." The callers stated Leo was harassing the staff and "pushing her buttons" prior to the incident. The minor disclosed he was sexually harassed. Present during the incident was another staff member and minor resident (names were not provided). The caller stated a hard copy of the incident would be submitted to the Regional Office within the next 7
