On 10/4/2016 at approximately 5:25 PM CSO Valdez was exiting the court through the front of the courthouse. Upon exiting the building two Deputies entered the building with CT Kenneth Hall’s mother Tanya Garduno. The officers reported that client K.H. was very disrespectful towards Officers and because of the disrespect CT was asked to exit the building. CT did proceed to exit the building but continued to engage in making disrespectful and inappropriate remarks towards deputies. CT Mason O’Hair was present and was with CT during the confrontation between CT K.H and deputies however, CT M.O was not involved in the conflict nor was he disrespectful towards deputies.
