Customer came into branch with super stream refinance offer letter. The banker sat the customer in my office. The application was taken. The bank branch number and referral SID for Susan Shen was added in loan builder before the was reassigned to mortgage banker from call center. The LO was Roxanne G Candela and standard ID D568188 on 11/22/16 at 7:30pm. The HARD reservation number # 410082702662. I was tagged on closing but the branch nor the banker received credit for closing. Can you please tag the relationship banker Susan Shen Standard V640970 and Pearland branch 4018. Can you help with this matter.
