The contract between Sudson Washer and Dryer Service and Letisha is valid since it was signed with consent from both parties who undertook to enter a five year contract as per Letisha’s Knowledge. However the fact that Letisha did not read the terms and conditions for the whole contract means that the salesman representing the company defrauded his client. The lessee however is expected to adhere to the terms and conditions that where provided in the terms and conditions (McKendrick, 2014). The fact that the lessee did not give a 90 day notice to the lessor on the intention to terminate their contract implies that the lessee is willing to continue getting the services provided by Sudson Washer and Dryer services for three five year terms from …show more content…
The lessor thus compromised the requirements of the clause since Letisha was only provided with the cover page of the agreement. The fact that the agreement on the renewal of the contract was in the back page which Letisha did not look at means that she did not have clear detail of the contract that he or she entered.
