The matter of the wards being threatened was reported to Mr Robert Williams, who recommended that the wards stayed at the facility until the relevant intervention could be implemented. It was also recommended that Ruthann and Kimesha be taken to the Stony Hill Police Station where a formal report could be given on the incident. Both Kimesha and Ruthann have siblings who reside at the facility.
