As time goes, Government slowly change the employees law where more people that have lower qualification can work and earn money for the household this is where the unemployment Rates went down to 3.2%. The employees law will affect Samsung company because in the past if the government didn’t change the rule and people’s mindset on not hiring people that doesn’t have a qualification, Samsung company won’t have a huge impact on people daily life because when the company get bigger, company have to hire people for the to stand out and work for long hour to keep promote the product.
