Hannah is a pleasant and professional candidate.

Her most recent role was working for ITT Technical Institute. While she worked there she had worked as an Academic Support/Admissions Representative. She was responsible for working with current and new students, resolve issues and technical issues, provide them support and resources, and built strong relationships with students. She left his role when ITT closed down.

Before that, she had worked for Sallie Mae as a Claims Aversion Representative. In this role, she would handle both inbound and outbound calls to and from students, collect and set up payment options, skip trace, and answer any questions the students have. She left this role for the opportunity at ITT Technical Institute.
