SNC'S TACTICAL MINDSET AND SERIOUSNESS ABOUT THE PROBLEM WAS EVIDENT WHEN HE POSTED SECURITY EARLY ON DURING HIS ORDER. SNC'S ORDER WAS RELAYED WITH GREAT LEVEL OF CONFIDENCE. AS THEY BEGAN TO NEGOTIATE THE OBSTACLE, SNC GAVE INSTRUCTIONS TO MOVED TOWARD THE PROBLEM AND GAVE HIS TEAM DIRECTIONS. SNC BECAME A BIT FRUSTRATED WHEN THINGS WERE NOT GOING AS PLANNED. SNC QUICKLY RECOVERED AND DIRECTED HIS TEAM WITH A NEW PLAN. SNC MAINTAINED CONTROL THROUGHOUT AND WAS REMINDED NOT TO ALLOW HIMSELF TO GET EASILY FRUSTRATED BUT TO INSTEAD TAP INTO HIS RESOURCES, TEAM MEMBERS MAY HAVE HAD A GOOD SUGGESTION FOR ACCOMPLISHING THE MISSION. SNC AND TEAM WERE VERY CLOSE TO ACCOMPLISHING THE MISSION WHEN THEY RAN OUT OF TIME. SNC WAS CLEARLY IN CHARGE
