Alisah demonstrated clear knowledge and interest in the research process and has experience at a Reference Desk, which along with her experience as student supervisor through her current position at Seattle Pacific University Library, made her our first choice. Her references both discussed her aptitude at the Reference Interview & referrals (her experience with “territorial librarians” was noted, as was her ability to be proactive and forward thinking without “going rogue”.)
