They have definite and realistic goals and values which has driven them to their success. To become livelier in performance they let their employees enjoy great allowances when performing in the company.

 Do the right thing.
They say the longer road is not a short cut. Quicken loans stick to the highest standard of integrity, without compromise. Character is defined as what you do when no one is watching over your shoulder. Doing the wrong thing is never worth in the company values.
 Value of Simplicity is genius.
The policy was this way ‘Think of, you are you. And we are we.’ Meaning, when Quicken loans communicate, they will always recall they are communicating to someone else. They are not them and the client is the client. They fail to know what the client knows, because they are them and the client is different. So, they make no assumptions that they already know what the client know in their minds.
 Employee innovation is rewarded and execution is worshipped.
