8. Pricing Strategy
In order to get a better profit in Vietnam, the pricing strategy that will be used to market portable home theater glasses is price skimming strategy. Since our product categorized as a new product, we want to set a relatively high price for our product to make the people in Vietnam will have a good perception towards our product’s quality. In addition, when there are some competitors that will enter the Vietnamese market with the same product but having a lower price, the people in Vietnam will possibly think that those competitors’ product may have a lower quality than our company’s product. Thus, this strategy will be very important to be implemented in our company pricing strategy. Although the sale of this product is in US dollar, the price that will be stated in this marketing …show more content…
If they do not transfer the document to the SD card with the correct format, the document cannot be used on the portable home theater glasses. The types of document that they can only use to enjoy the entertainment on this product are MPG, AVI, WMA, FL, RM/RMB, and DV. Thus, it is very important for them to know it.

• Resolution
The quality of the documents that portable home theater glasses will display is also one of the weaknesses that this product has. If the document that the people transfer to the SD card is not compatible, it may make the resolution of the document that will be shown on the glasses is not clear enough. For example, the document that will be shown on the portable home theater glasses can be blurry if the types of the document are not
