: Participant has been noted multiple times engaging in behaviors that jeopardize the health and welfare of himself and others.
Participant discussed his ongoing pain issues due to shoulder injury. Participant reported some improvement in range of motion but the pain continues. Participant was encouraged to schedule an appointment with his current pain management physician. Participant is currently utilizing a self-made splint/sling for his arm. Participant will be referred to an orthopedic for further treatment options and to monitor condition.
