Subject: Weight Loss Optimizer collaboration

Good morning everyone,

As many of you are aware, we have recently been collaborating with Pills, Inc. in the distribution of various weight loss supplements. It is my pleasure to announce a new product that we will begin rolling out by the end of the month. Weight Loss Optimizer has been extremely successful in the past with Pills, Inc., however, they lack the manufacturing and distribution capabilities to accommodate the rapid growth of the product. For this reason, we at NutriFit will be working side by side with Pills, Inc. We will be holding a

1. Negative reviews due to improper product use by customers. In this digital age, negative reviews can spread quickly, damaging the reputation of valuable products. Improper use of NutriFit by customers may lead to reduced progress.
a. Resolve complaints quickly to maintain customer satisfaction. When customers contact Nutrifit by phone, internet, or through reviews, we must reach out and provide quality customer service. Many customers may not reach out to us specifically, but post negative reviews on social media or other customer interaction platforms. Maintaining a positive image on social media is critical for a successful launching of Weight Loss Optimizer. When negative reviews are found online, quickly resolve complaints.
b. Aid customers in achieving results. Customers don’t buy a product, they buy progress. Customers care about the results they will receive as a result of the product. As a company, our goal should be to aid customers in seeing personal progress. All marketing, selling, and customer service must be geared towards helping the customer achieve the changes they

Coordination with Pills, Inc. throughout the acquisition
As a newly acquired company in ensuring the manufacturing operations are able to increase as needed in order to meet sales demands. During a transition, there is a certain level of ambiguity and many questions that arise.
a. Continue to be patient and understanding as we move forward. There are many decisions that will be made, and we will be organizing a thorough plan for communication. If you need clarification or direction, please feel free to reach out to me, or your direct supervisor.
b. Constant communication with Pills, Inc. Susan Jones at Pills, Inc. has overseen the launch of Weight Loss Optimizer from its beginning stages and will be working closely with us throughout the merger. Daily communication via email, conference calls, and other forms of interaction will be necessary for ensuring a smooth transition.

This is an exciting new step for NutriFit. I am confident that as we work together as a team, constantly delivering quality products with excellent customer service, that we will greatly improve as a company as a result.

Warm regards,

Decades ago, pharmaceutical company’s primary source for marketing their products were physicians and pharmacists, but today the targets are the consumers. The shift is partly due to the Federal Drug & Food (FDA), which has restricted how drug manufacturers market their products to health care professionals (Parekh, Marcus, Roberts & Raish, (2011). The DTCA is clearly a form of health communication that reaches the wide range of American, of which some argue problematic. “Direct to consumer prescription drug ads encourage people to seek medical advice from health professionals. Around 29 million patients talked with their doctors about DTC prescriptions and more than half discussed behavioral and lifestyle changes.…

The supplement that interested me the most and that I evaluated was Royal Jelly. I had no idea that there was even such a dietary supplement, let alone all of the claimed cures it was supposed to heal, such as lowering blood pressure, lowering bad cholesterol, and decreasing breast cancer risk. It has also been proven by “The Health Professional’s Guide to Popular Dietary Supplements” to improve stamina, reduce fatigue, and boost mental health as well. As mentioned by a fellow classmate, I realized just how different the market claims were compared to what the guide stated about this particular substance. For instance, in the market claim, they inform the consumer that the product aids slowing down the process of osteoporosis and enhances brain function.…
