Kelley stated that Ms. Jackson was a sweet young lady and had a positive attitude. She reported that Ms. Jackson had the duty to clean the bathrooms in Deaf Services. Ms. Kelley observed that Ms. Jackson scrubbed the toilets lightly at a slow pace and did not know to use different washcloths for each task. Ms. Kelley recommended a job coach and work experience for Ms. Jackson.
