During the initial stage of this investigation IAB investigators made numerous attempts to get in contact with Ms. Roberts regarding her sex allegation again PO Ng. Ms. Roberts was extremely upset and annoyed when she became aware that investigators showed up at her house in an attempt to interview her. She told us that she had the right not to pursue with this investigation anymore. She feared that her husband and her family would end up knowing about what might have happened. The night of the incident, was her first time meeting the Ng, but she was so drunk, to the point where she could not even walk straight. She asked Ng to walk her home simply because he told her that he was a cop. She was unaware and uncertain that her sex allegation
