Case Study Of Ms. Lorna Huddleston's Case

Ms Lorna Huddleston called to complaint about she is not getting any help from her case manager. She stated had some issues with her HCW and with her home, needs some repairs.

I contacted the NWFSDS Manager, Devrey Hachenberg, she sent out an APS case manager to assess any potential risk. Lorna got some help fixing her home and got a HCW List.

Lorna stated that now she is working with her case manager. She
