Mrs. Salazar is a 22 year old female who presented to the ED via LEO after intentionally taking a unknown amount of pills while video taping it. She sent the video to her mother and husband. At the time of the assessment Mrs. Salazar was found asleep and slowly became oriented. She reported admitted to taking an unknown amount of pills today. Mrs. Salazar reported having a conversation with her husband and threatening to overdose. She states, "He didn't think I would do it so I did and sent him a video of it, he the one that sent it to my mom and now I'm here." She denies current suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, and symptoms of psychosis.Unemployment, homelessness, and currently going through a divorce are Mrs. Salazar stressor contributing
