He reported that he was arrested again in January of 2014. He stated that he had an argument with his ex-girlfriend Laura and she called 911. Mr. DaSilva stated that the case was dismissed and she declined to prosecute. Mr. DaSilva reported that Laura took out an Order of Protection against him. In February of 2014, he indicated that he was arrested several times for violating the Order of Protection against him. He reported that he was also arrested for accusations of him telephoning Laura which was dropped after evidence proved that he was innocent. He stated that Mr. DaSilva reported that he was ordered to complete a 16 week battery intervention course that he is currently participating in.
