Mr. Chase Collins began seeing this provider on 8.7.17 and he is currently being seen weekly for individual sex offender specific treatment. Mr. Collins has missed two scheduled appointments to date.

Mr. Collin’s treatment progress is considered satisfactory at this time, and he is in compliance with his treatment rules. Mr. Collin’s has been active in his treatment and comes to each treatment appointment ready to unpack his week, and the day to day challenges he experiences with historical factors that led to his sex offences. He is open to new ideas on how to cope with difficult feelings as well as finding and cultivating a healthy support system that he can utilize when he becomes emotionally dysregulated and is in need of support.
