Why Is The New Uniform Better Than The School Uniform?

I think the new uniform is better than the old uniform because it makes the school standout, from the purple blazer and tie uniform. But from looking at the colours, purple shows that the peace where as black shows power. The purple blazer makes it easy for the community to identify the students of the school and if the blazer was in the colour black they may not be able to identify them. Also if students from different schools aren’t behaving well on the roads, the community would think that Moseley park students are doing this because they have a black blazer. This is why the purple blazer is better because its separates Moseley park from different schools.

The reputation of this endorsement is high because they only 598 schools that have this, which means that 598 schools in the UK focus on design and technology in their school. I have found this on the 1st page on the Moseley park prospectus 2013 – 2014.

Moseley Park now has the Central learning partnership trust, which is a partnership between two schools, Moseley Park and Heath Park. Heath Park sponsor Moseley Park on their website which advertises Moseley Park School. The reputation of the Central learning partnership trust is high because they partnership other schools, such as East Dene primary school, Coleridge Primary school and Woden Primary school. This makes the quality of this endorsement very high as these are well known schools in Wolverhampton.
Conclusion
As we can see Moseley Park School have improved since 1995, the school only had 2 endorsements and now they have 5 and all of them have a good reputation such as the school achievement. The school has also gained a partnership with Heath Park which is a different secondary school with a sixth form and this is a benefit for the Moseley park school because the students would have a range of course to choose

Moseley Park isn’t consistent because the new carpets that are fitted are in different colours in class rooms. Also Moseley Park also has different coloured doors around the school, some are in the colour white and some are in purple.

Looking at these two images we can see that Moseley Park’s fences and gate around the school are now all purple which match with the Moseley parks logo but before they were in red and green which didn’t match the old school logo.

In the 1994 – 95 prospectus it shows what the school looked like in the times, you can see the buildings that were there. The colours that the school used were not consistent, they were in the colours red and green, which don’t match the old school logo.

Conclusion
In both time frames Moseley Park School isn’t really consistent in the colours that they used for the buildings. But over the time Moseley Park School have developed a lot, they have refurbished their buildings and have made it into a good learning environment.

When the new superintendent demonstrated a collaborative leadership style by forming a Principal interview team that included both veteran and new teachers to choose the new principal, it well-received; therefore, as the new principal, following through with a similar collaborative style would likely be successful. In my perspective, the principal needs to develop a strategic plan that creates a shared vision and goals with a variety of stakeholders, provides professional development for the staff to achieve those goals, and reaches into the community to develop partnerships and positive relationships.…

The school lives up to their motto, ‘At Rokesly every child matters in every way’. Ofsted also found that parent/carers were equally pleased with the ‘balance between learning and other enrichment activities’ which was a statement stated by a parent and confirmed by the inspectors. Much of the success from the school was mainly due to the effective and gentle administration that the head teacher and leadership team possess who have a firm understanding of the schools strengths and weaknesses due to accurate self-evaluations.…
