Focus: Miasia will increase her ability to effectively cope with adversity and impulsive behaviors (such as lying, stealing, and threats of self-harm).

Intervention: CSP discussed with youth of progress made within the past week. CSP praised the youth for following MHS directions and rules of the home. CSP reviewed what skills helped the youth cope with her impulsive behaviors.

Response: Miasia expressed she is still working on improving her impulsive behaviors. She tries to listen more and earn rewards. The youth explained she was good this morning and all weekend. MHS only redirected her behaviors a few times. MHS stated the youth is trying hard to improve her behavior. There were no major issues for the past four days. Miasia spoke clam
