Agency is a place where human resources and services are provided for families who are homeless as well as at the risk of homeless. The agency has a designed program to assist families in crisis that need services on shelter placement, rapid re-housing/permanent housing, school linkages, employment assistants, physical and mental health care, and other supportive services. In the agency, the case manager will conduct assessment to determine individual case plan. However, agency might act independently and their free choice on social class they will serve such as, religion, gender, and ethnicity.
The agency I visited for the interview was Memorial Assisted Ministries funded by church and through donations which is in Houston Texas. Memorial
