Anne is a 44-year-old White Female who presents to CRU from St. Luke's ED. She is currently homeless and was in prison 3 years for assault with a deadly weapon. She reported been diagnosed with PTSD and bipolar. She has an AA in communication, and unemployed. She reports relapsing on meth 2 weeks ago. Client reports of bilateral foot pain and suggested its from walking too much. Client is calm and cooperative during the intake process. She will benefit from meeting with the provider to discuss medication
