This evaluator was contacted by the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) to conduct a psychosexual deviancy evaluation and current risk assessment for future acts of sexual misconduct for Gage Martin a fifteen year old male residing with his adoptive parents, Carlie and Matt Martin. This evaluator was informed that Gage will be placed in a residential treatment facility in Spokane Washington and this evaluation will be used to determine if Gage will be in need special accommodations. Denise Colucci is the DSHS caseworker currently assigned to this case and she states that in the last two months Gage has been in and out of the emergency room for suicidal and homicidal ideations.
