Field&Garden should choose high pricing strategy, because target customers give the preference quality over price. As a result the customer’s sensitivity to changes in price would be low. It follows that high price means for clients an excellent quality of products. For instance customers could go there not to have some meal, but also to chill and relax. It is crucial for the company to have long-term agreements with all food suppliers. Field&Garden could have different combinations of logistics, but main targets are low cost delivery, absence delays and overcapacity. Turning to distribution channels of the company, they will consist of two main parts: the food and restaurant area, customer’s home. First channel will be the main way to get Field&Garden product in a customer’s hands, for instance outdoor events and restaurant. People strategy
The main strategy of Field&Garden is that all people who are involved in supplying, delivering and selling the product and service are long-term partners. Furthermore, it is highly recommended to offer bonuses to company’s staff. First, internal workers should have trainings once per six month. Second, all external partners will have extra bonuses in the case of reaching the goal.
Process strategy
Field&Garden should have a strict schedule, according to it the company would plan, develop and implement to achieve goals. High level of standardization should be in every single process. Furthermore, Field&Garden will have clear rules that will help to find right decision in any problem that can appear. Also company should emphasis on flexibility of all processes, because it is crucial for business to have the opportunity for changes in a schedule.
