Impressions of an office, could be possibly be made when individuals look at each other.
The perceptions may or may not be correct. The student gathered information on the legendary editor chairs bolted to the floor. The significance of the bolted chairs would puzzle anyone. The learner will also express the different types of communication in management and in the work place. In reading this document, the reader will discover the different styles management can possess. Bill had the main chair bolted to the floor. Someone may say that was Mr. Bills’ way of saying, this chair was only for the CEO and that no one could move it from Mr. Bill’s office. Some may see it as Mr. Bill showing power as the CEO. Mr. Bill wanted to use the chair as a tool of intimidation to the ones that entered the office. "Senior leaders should act as role models for leadership, and proactively challenge behavior and actions that may adversely affect employee health and wellbeing. Line managers should receive training to improve their awareness of health and wellbeing issues"(Management style linked to employee wellbeing, 2015, p.1). Mr. Bill was a person that the writer admired for the inquiring mind, person who is very funny, the record of achievements and the management style Mr. Bill had. As management, ones style must be consistent. One is directive; this style must be in the right timing. When a manager gives a direct order, he or she must make sure that the employee is able to do the task. Authoritative style is the next one; this style is carefully used and wisely. When a manager lets the title of authority go to her or his head, it can cause the employee to feel demeaned by that member of management.
