Bill had the main chair bolted to the floor. Someone may say that was Mr. Bills’ way of saying, this chair was only for the CEO and that no one could move it from Mr. Bill’s office. Some may see it as Mr. Bill showing power as the CEO. Mr. Bill wanted to use the chair as a tool of intimidation to the ones that entered the office.
