Luke displaying fluctuating emotions from anxious to irritable to inappropriateness of affect displayed by his facial expressions and body posture this week. Luke experiencing auditory hallucination, delusion of grandeur (Believing he is Michael Jordan) and paranoid delusion. He is also fixating about getting married and having a wife in the future. Luke experiencing difficulty focusing on topic, poor eye contact, disorganized and pressured speech at times. Luke thought process somewhat loosely associated and nonsensical. Luke responding to auditory hallucinations in angry tone to voices that telling him “ We don't like you.”
