Libroffee is dedicated to provide not just excellence in great tasting coffees, perfection in each cup, satisfaction in every sip, our dear customers enjoying each and every moment, but also a coffee shop that has interesting, educational and useful books and reading materials where people can relax, study and enjoy, and the best service that Libroffee can give. Thus, giving customers a satisfying experience.

This will be achieved if Libroffee will serve high quality roasted coffee beans, books and reading materials that the customers want and beverages is delicious and beverages served within 15 minutes. This performance indicator addresses the key results area of high quality roasted beans, books and reading materials and the productivity and efficiency of employees. These are some factors that Libroffee must work on because all of these can give satisfaction to the customers.Next is number of repeat customers/week this can be achieved if the numbers in satisfied customers/ day; positive feedback grow. This performance indicator also addresses the key results area of high quality roasted beans, books and reading materials and the productivity and efficiency of employees. These are also factors that can make the customers want to come back to Libroffee. Breakdown of product costs is another performance indicator. If Libroffee controls its cost then Libroffee will be successful and profitable. This performance indicator addresses the key results area of high quality roasted beans, and the productivity and efficiency of employees as it can affect the cost of a product because they are directly related to it. This is because they are considered as direct materials and direct labor which mostly constitute the cost of a product. Next is level of consumer demand. This will depend on the location and the products and service that Libroffee will offer. This performance indicator addresses the key results area of franchising opportunities, effective marketing and differentiation. When there is demand, there is an opportunity. It is also a factor that people wants the differentiation of the product/service and will tell you that your method in reaching the market is effective.
